Founder/President

As founder of  Augusta Title, Inc., Sam has led the firm's direction and notable growth since its establishment in 1998.  He also runs a law firm which performs closings for residential and commercial properties as well as general contract, aviation law, and family business law.   With his experience as a closing attorney, Sam knows the importance of accurate and timely title work.
 
Before becoming an attorney, Sam was a mortgage banker for nearly a decade, and he is also a licensed real estate agent.  He completed his undergraduate studies in 1986 at the University of Georgia where he received a bachelor's of art degree in economics and earned his juris doctorate in 1993 from Atlanta Law School.
